What clients ask before they start

What does our organization need to provide?

At minimum: org charts and headcount data for in-scope functions, job descriptions or a role catalog, and any existing AI strategy or roadmap documents. If you have completed an AI Ground Truth or Ground Plan engagement with us, those outputs serve as the foundation and reduce startup time significantly.

How is this different from what the big consulting firms offer?

Most large firms sell AI strategy at the enterprise level but do not do the hands-on workforce transition work. Training companies sell upskilling programs but do not connect them to role redesign or organizational change. We bring the full picture together: strategy, execution, and the emotional intelligence required to guide people through change that feels personal.

Can we start with Strategy and expand later?

Absolutely. Many clients begin with a Tier 1 Strategy engagement to build the transition plan, then move to Tier 2 Managed Transition when they are ready for execution support. The Strategy deliverables feed directly into the execution phase with no rework required.

Who on our team needs to be involved?

An executive sponsor (typically the CHRO or a direct report) and access to functional leaders and HR business partners for the in-scope areas. During the Mobilize and Navigate phases, we also work directly with people managers in affected teams. Your team investment is focused and structured, not open-ended.

What if we have not done an AI Ground Truth assessment?

No problem. Our Tier 1 Strategy engagement includes a workforce impact assessment that can stand on its own. However, clients who come through the Ground Truth and Ground Plan process arrive with stronger data and clearer role definitions, which accelerates the transition work and reduces risk.

How do you handle workforce reductions?

With care and transparency. When roles cannot be redeployed, we help design separation processes that preserve dignity and organizational trust. This includes outplacement support coordination, communication planning, and manager coaching for difficult conversations. We serve as advisors and facilitators; headcount decisions remain with your leadership team.
