- Deep experience in two or more of our core functional skills: organizational change management (OCM), strategic communications, employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, team effectiveness, learning & development
- Prior management consulting experience with a national or international consulting firm
- Business transformation and large-scale project experience
- Project management skills (not necessarily a PMI certification)
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously with little oversight
- Strong client relationship skills
