Who We Look For

Our consultants work with clients throughout the strategic transformation lifecycle—from designing an organization’s vision to developing corresponding strategies to implementing those strategies and changing the way the organization works. Helping our clients make and sustain change is critical to delivering results that endure.

Below are the general requirements and characteristics that we look for in prospective Emergent team members.
  • Deep experience in two or more of our core functional skills: organizational change management (OCM), strategic communications, employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, team effectiveness, learning & development
  • Prior management consulting experience with a national or international consulting firm
  • Business transformation and large-scale project experience
  • Project management skills (not necessarily a PMI certification)
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously with little oversight
  • Strong client relationship skills
