Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Consultant

This role will lead organizational change management consulting initiatives for Emergent's clients, as well as provide hands-on design and delivery of change consulting solutions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Use proven change management processes and tools to develop and implement strategies for business transformations
  • Develop and implement strategic communication programs to organizations at large
  • Coach senior executive team on organizational change, developing action plans for each executive supporting overall program
  • Ensure alignment of operating model designs and develop implementation and transition plans to support those designs
  • Design and implement extensive change and organization effectiveness programs
  • Design and conduct workshops on strategy, leadership and visioning as part of the strategic planning process
  • Use expertise to develop a case for change and implement change management processes, principles, tools & templates for the client
  • Serve as expert change coach to program teams
  • Interpret results from multiple project components and translate findings into clear and compelling recommendations and solutions; ensuring integration of multiple pieces against project goals
  • Develop long-term relationships with existing clients at senior level
Requirements:
  • An advanced degree, such as an MBA, MS, or MA with a concentration in Organizational Development preferred
  • Minimum of five years of relevant functional work experience in a consulting environment (i.e. strategy, boutique, or Big 4 consulting firm), or internal consulting staff at a Fortune 500 organization, showing progressive advancement and a record of achievement
  • Excellent moderation skills with an ability to build empathy and to understand and manage personal agendas
  • Experience building consensus with clients and internal staff while excelling in team building environments
  • Expert in organizational change initiatives such as design and develop people change agenda for clients that support their overall transformation
  • Extensive experience leading project teams in providing client solutions that address: business transformation, strategy alignment, executive capability building, executive team alignment and culture change
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Able to articulate the definition of organizational change management, the value it adds to the organization and how it creates competitive advantage

Business Transformation Project Manager

This role is responsible for managing business transformation projects for Emergent's clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage all facets of large-scale projects or multi-project programs ensuring that schedule, budget and quality goals are met
  • Expert in each phase of the project life cycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing large projects
  • Developing project deliverables, work papers and other project artifacts
  • Managing allocation, utilization, and direction of resources
  • Helping prioritize business requirements
  • Planning and conducting analysis of a business processes and business problems
Requirements:
  • 10+ years as a project manager
  • Experience consulting with a Big 4 or large regional firm
  • Functional experience in one of the following areas: accounting, finance, procurement, human capital, sales, marketing, production, logistics
  • Bachelors degree
  • PMP certification preferred
